As an award-winning Designer,* I delight in integrating typography with imagery, and playing with the geometry of the letterform. I am skilled in conveying content—especially that which is complex in structure—in a manner that engages, is readily understandable, and is memorable. I love discovering ideas with my clients, understanding their motivations, and guiding them toward design solutions that satisfy their business needs.
As Project Manager, I am motivated to chaperone my colleagues through challenges in their work life. I create and retool processes and systems that improve schedules and budget planning, and to smooth communication between design and production teams. Incorporating my experience as a trained Diversity & Inclusion Advocate with my active listening and engaging conversational skills, I help my colleagues navigate conflict and achieve resolution through conversation, mediation, and mentorship.
